Our Founder

Paul Kallee-Grover MBE is an alumni of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, where he earned a master's module in Resilience in Urban Systems with a focus on sustainable business practices. He is also a distinguished expert in leveraging culture and sport to enhance business promotion, having received recognition and accolades for his contributions in this field. In 2018, while working in New York, Paul was honoured with a Board of Trade Award by the then UK Secretary of State for International Trade. Since 2013, he has served as an Export Champion for the UK Government, and in 2017, he was invited to take up the voluntary role of Export Champion for the Northern Powerhouse, a title that he continues to hold in 2024. In acknowledgment of his efforts to strengthen international trade and investment, Paul was bestowed with an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2021.
